This patch provides --fileflags, which preserves the st_flags stat() field.
Modified from a patch that was written by Rolf Grossmann.

To use this patch, run these commands for a successful build:

    patch -p1 <patches/fileflags.diff
    ./prepare-source
    ./configure
    make
