844b93d0b0bCAS-14710 adapt to numpy updateSince numpy 2.4.0, conversion of ndarray with ndim > 0 to scalar is not allowed (expired deprecation). This commit is to adapt to this change by converting single-element array into scalar explicitly.CAS-14710
