Build using "--without-texinfo" and add texinfo as a dependency. This avoids conflicts between the teTeX and texinfo ports, both of which install texinfo files to the same places. It also allows us to update texinfo independently of teTeX.The "texi2pdf" script has to be explicitly deleted in the post-destroot
phase because teTeX installs it even when "--without-texinfo" has been
specified.
