Adding a new regression script based on the simalma casaguides from
https://casaguides.nrao.edu/index.php?title=Simalma_(CASA_5.4). This
regression will monitor that task simalma works properly for those
use-cases described in the guides. The fits file used by the regression
is added to the casatestdata repository.
